PRICES AND PAYMENTS 

All prices are in Australian Dollars at wholesale prices and are exclusive of GST. GST is added at checkout. Delivery charges are not included in the prices quoted and are calculated at checkoutAthan Wholesale Jewellers accepts payment via Credit Card (Stripe) for “Upfront Payment” accounts; Direct Deposit and Cheque are accepted payment methods for approved “Account” customers and pro forma orders only. Payment for “Upfront Payment” accounts are taken once Athan Wholesale Jewellers has established that we can fulfill your order and stock availability.  

 

PRO FORMA PRICES 

Items listed as pro forma are priced based on weight; as the weight of each individual item can differ slightly, the prices listed on the website are an average only. The item prices on final invoices may vary approximately +/- 5%.   

 

PRO FORMA SYSTEM 

Athan Wholesale Jewellers uses a pro forma system to ensure customers receive the fairest price for their orders.  

When you place your order, you will be emailed a pro forma invoice of the total cost using the listed website price for each item. Once our team receives your order, we will calculate the cost of each item based on its exact weight and the gold price. We will then generate a revised quote and final invoice.     

 

DISPATCH 

We endeavour to process and dispatch all online orders within 1-3 business days from the order being placed, unless otherwise stated. You will be notified of dispatch via email.    

 

PURCHASING 

All items offered on the Athan Wholesale Jewellers website are subject to availability. To purchase any of the items on the website, click the “Add to Cart” button shown on each product page.  When you place an order to purchase a product by clicking the “Check out” button, we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt and containing the details of your order. Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product, which is accepted by us when we send the e-mail confirmation of your order.  We keep these data in confidence, in accordance with our privacy policy. 

 

RETURN POLICY 

If you change your mind about your purchase, you are welcome to return your product to us within 14 days of your purchase date.

Please note that we can only process returns for a credit note, not for refunds.  

The product must be returned in new condition – without scratches or marks.

CHANGES TO YOUR ORDER 

Once you’ve placed your order it joins a queue for processing. At this stage, you will be unable to make any amendments online. If your order has already been processed and you wish to cancel or change your order please contact us on (03) 9663 2321 Mon – Fri 9am - 5pm AEST or via the Contact Us page.     

 

CANCELLATION 

You have the right to cancel your order prior to dispatch. It is your responsibility to give notice of your wish to cancel, within the cancellation period, by telephone. 

 

STATUTORY RIGHTS 

These Terms and Conditions do not affect any of your statutory rights.
